Sometimes new axolotl owners find that they weren’t fully prepared for the commitment these special animals need. No matter the reason — no judgment, no shame — we are here to help.

The Haven is our open-door promise:
👉 If you can no longer care for your axolotl, we will lovingly accept them — no questions asked.
👉 We will provide them with expert care, proper housing, and the compassion they deserve for the rest of their lives — or rehome them to a carefully screened, loving new home when possible.

And every axolotl deserves a safe, healthy life.
